Can I cancel deposit paid for 30 days challenge?
Yes You can cancel deposit paid for 30 days challenges one day before the challenge start date if you choose to do so. You will be fully refunded. Once challenge started, you can get refund only after successfully completing the 30 days challenge. You can not cancel during the duration of the challenge.
Can I cancel my membership subscription?
Yes You can cancel membership subscription anytime very easily. Go to your profile section and click on the button 'Cancel Subscription'. Your subscription will not be renewed and you will not be billed for renewal. You can still enjoy full benefits of current membership until the end of current paid period.
Can I cancel enrollment payment for private courses?
Independent courses are offered by private instructors we invited and since the content is digital format in nature, you're not able to cancel the order and get refunded. In most cases, you will be granted full access to the course content as soon as enrollment payment is processed.
